Well, here it is boys....the last round in the contest only known as Ratopp. After today, River_Rat will be releived from his duties as judge. He did a good job by adding the "twist" with the 2nd place finishers. But it makes me wonder, what about the 3rd place finishers? Shouldn't they get like a 1/4 point? I know you need more to do RR, just thought I'd throw that out there. Anyways, the contest is up and ready for dismantlung. Maybe Buc can win this one since Joe's was stolen from him. Don't forget about the theme and challenge points!!

Ok, here it is boys (and girls as the case may be), the 1st edition of the Lazy Joe Caption Contest, Ratopp style. River_Rat has graciously volunteered to do the judging for me this month. So he will not be eligible for points throuighout February. I guess it's just his way of saying that he is better than all of us because he's won this 3 times already. So no matter who wins this month he will still be 2 championships ahead of that person......(maybe I didn't think this through all the way...hmmmm). Oh well, too late!!!
